Concept: Matas ReClaim
Matas wanted more in-store traffic from their loyalty club members (Matas Plus). A significant challenge to this was the fact that Matas Plus members are offered free home delivery on online orders. To meet this request we came up with a digital concept called ‘Matas ReClaim’ working as a system rewarding customers for returning old and used up products in Matas’ physical stores.
School project at KEA - 2024
Design of the return flow. Integrated into Matas’ already existing customer app. Upon returning items in the stores, the customer is rewarded with extra points, and an entry ticket for monthly competitions.
